Collaboration with Ariya Akhavan

In 2024, I began my first of many collaborations with Ariya Akhavan and Anjini Taneja Azhar exploring cinematic storytelling in still images. Through experimentation with digital and analog techniques alongside a small and mighty team, this project was realized. Herein tells the tale of the Orpheum theater where a ghost of the stage awakens, reliving her performance every night, all the while perishing of a broken heart at the sight of an empty theater.
